[Note, 1894? to] Miss Worrell / Mr. Stedman.

Stedman responds "to his very kind and intelligent critic." Stedman's poem "Astrophel" had appeared in the Atlantic monthly with a mistake in the spelling of the title, but was correct in The Tribune. He also supplies clues as to various references in the poem. The envelope reads: For Miss Worrell, kindness of Mr. J. Bancroft.
